No, we are solely a merchant service offering the best deals on top quality brands in the plumbing, heating and electrical industry. You will need to find a local installer to have the product fitted.

Will this product work with my system?

Do I need a flue and filter with a new boiler?

The filter will extend the boiler warranty by approx 3-5 years depending on your installers accreditations. It is always recommended to fit a new flue with a new boiler.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

All new boiler orders come with a FREE UK Mainland delivery service. The Plumb Store invest extra into its delivery service, delivering all boilers on a secure pallet service provided by The Pallet Network. This helps prevent boilers arriving damaged unlike a standard courier service. Please be aware all our freight deliveries are classed as kerbside ONLY. This means they will be delivered to the nearest level hard standing area to your property.

Due to the value of the delivery, you will be required to accept and sign for the delivery. Goods will not be left without being signed for. If this results in a failed delivery whereby nobody is present to accept the goods, a re-delivery charge will be applicable. Alternatively, a collection would need to be arranged with the carrier by the customer to pick-up from the local depot.

You will not recieve a tracking number, however you will be contacted by The Pallet Network to arrange a suitable delivery date & time. The Plumb Store can track your delivery at all times, please feel free to contact us on 01273 949889 or sales@theplumbstore.co.uk for an update.
